The majority of our items are sent by Hermes using a 'signed for' tracking service. Within the UK we charge a flat rate of £5.00

Orders for Collection policy

If you would prefer to collect your order in person at our shop in Darwen or at a market or event that we are trading at, you have the option to select 'Collection In Person' when you select your shipping method. There will be no shipping cost when this is selected. If you opt for this method, please place your order (remembering to select 'Collection In Person') your order will be ready between 3-5 days, we will then send you an email to determine your preferred date and location for collection.

Return Policy

We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase however, if there's a problem and you need to return the items, you'll be pleased to know that we have a 'no quibble' returns policy.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging  and including a short note to let us know the reason for return. A full refund, Excluding the returns postage costs, will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. We accept no responsibility for items lost on the return journey, therefore we recommend that you use a 'signed for' or trackable service.
